The EC 1 central unit is designed for the autonomous management of a 1-Wire network. The user does not have to worry about 1-Wire commands or formulas for evaluating the sensor data. The gateway independently scans the 1-Wire network for devices (sensors and actuators). The central processing unit evaluates the sensor and actuator data internally and outputs it cyclically (1-2 sec.) in plain text once converted (e.g. for temperature sensors in C°).
