Overview

The ECO503 Pro Industrial Ethernet/LAN switching actuator is a versatile switching device designed with various data protocols/connections for the simultaneous operation of software controls, cloud services, control rooms and PLC devices.

Description

The ECO 503 Pro central unit, Industrial Ethernet/LAN switching actuator can be used as an IT switching actuator, IoT cloud switching module and industrial LAN relay module.
The switching actuator offers a high switching capacity of 8x16A* and can therefore control complete luminous flux circuits, larger machine or luminaire groups (without dimmers). The integrated high-performance relays can be controlled either by software commands or by 8 digital inputs. The digital inputs are designed for operation with a low voltage of 10-30 VDC and are optimized for push-button operation.
The ECO503 central unit supports 4 data protocols: Modbus/TCP, ASCII text, MQTT (with optional SSL encryption). These protocols can communicate in parallel on up to 4 data channels. The device has a web server for switching, configuration and firmware updates. The web server can be accessed via LAN or the access point (activated at the touch of a button).
The ECO 503 switching actuator was developed as a low-maintenance industrial device by implementing it without Linux and with its own native programming. No unknown libraries are used, which ensures the stability and reliability of the system. Extensive free software support is available.
The ECO 503 Pro central processing unit offers a wide range of possible uses and can be seamlessly integrated into various control and automation technology applications.

*Note:
The specification "8x16A" means that the switching actuator has a total of 8 outputs, each of which can switch a maximum current of 16 amps.
