The ECO 501 central unit is a powerful industrial 1-wire sensor gateway of the latest generation for plant and system monitoring. The gateway has an access point and web server. State-of-the-art, universal sensor interface for manufacturer-independent 1-Wire use in all modern machines, systems and consumers. Up to 30 sensors can be connected to the gateway fully automatically via the 1-Wire bus using the Auto-E-Connect plug-and-play system. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ECO 501 PRO PLUS The ECO 501 PRO PLUS gateway is a compact sensor and automation interface for monitoring, data acquisition, and control of machines, plants, and technical systems. It connects sensors and actuators via the Industrial 1-Wire bus to higher-level monitoring, automation, and control systems. The ECO 501 PRO PLUS serves as the central unit of the ESERA Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) and the ECO Automation System (EAS). Thanks to numerous DIN-rail expansion modules and external sensors, the system can be flexibly adapted to different applications and system sizes. Up to 30 sensors and actuators can be connected via the Industrial 1-Wire bus. The patented ESERA Auto-E-Connect® plug-and-play system automatically detects compatible devices, assigns the necessary device data, and integrates them into the system. Manual addressing or configuration of individual devices is not required. ESERA holds a European patent for this technology. The ECO 503 Pro central unit, Industrial Ethernet/LAN switching actuator can be used as an IT switching actuator, IoT cloud switching module and industrial LAN relay module. The switching actuator offers a high switching capacity of 8x16A* and can therefore control complete luminous flux circuits, larger machine or luminaire groups (without dimmers). The integrated high-performance relays can be controlled either by software commands or by 8 digital inputs. The digital inputs are designed for operation with a low voltage of 10-30 VDC and are optimized for push-button operation. The ECO503 central unit supports 4 data protocols: Modbus/TCP, ASCII text, MQTT (with optional SSL encryption). These protocols can communicate in parallel on up to 4 data channels.
