The 3rd generation of the ECO 120 Pro Industrial 1-Wire Gateway is an ESERA further development of the 1-Wire high-performance sensor interface. It is optimized for operation on your desk as a programming interface or in the laboratory as an innovative measuring system. Up to 30 sensors can be connected to the ECO 120 PRO fully automatically via the Industrial 1-Wire bus and the Auto-E-Connect Plug and Play system. The ESERA Auto-E-Connect system is an extension of the 1-Wire bus standard and has been registered as a German and European patent by ESERA GmbH. A wide range of sensors can be connected via the 1-Wire bus interface: e.g. for temperature, humidity, dew point, air quality (VOC or fine dust), gases (e.g. CO2 or CO) or alarm signaling contacts. Thanks to the Auto-E-Connect support, product data can be read out from all sensors in real time. Each sensor can provide up to 5 data values. This means that the ECO 120 PRO can provide a maximum of 150 sensor data to your control system or PLC. The ESERA Config Tool and the ECO-Dashboard 100 provide you with extensive software support. To ensure continuous and reliable operation in an industrial environment, the ECO 120 PRO is powered by a 12V plug-in power supply unit. The ECO 160 Pro central unit, the smart building multi-zone sensor gateway, offers an integrated 1-wire switch for up to three separate 1-wire buses*. It is the central 1-Wire interface in your home and is characterized by its extreme flexibility and powerful sensor and actuator interface of the latest generation. The central unit integrates seamlessly into numerous smart home and smart building software applications. Cost and time savings thanks to quick installation and commissioning: Connect, switch on and receive measured values. This gateway is equipped with an access point and a web server. Up to 30 sensors can be connected to the ECO 160 using the Auto-E-Connect plug-and-play system. Flexibly divided into up to 3 separate 1-bus zones*. A wide range of measuring sensors are available, including temperature, humidity, dew point, air quality (CO2, VOC or particulate matter), as well as glass breakage and smoke detectors. All 1-wire sensors and actuators are read out in a 5-second cycle. The configuration, software updates and sensor production data are conveniently provided via the web server. The intuitive operation of the web server is accessible via LAN and the access point. Designed as a low-maintenance device according to industry standards, this system was implemented without Linux and with its own native programming. Unknown libraries are not used to ensure stability and reliability. The LAN interface enables 2 data connections via MQTT and the ASCII text protocol. Extensive free software support is available.
