1-Wire distributor 3, star-bus topology with push-in terminals

The 1-Wire Adapter 2 is designed to adapt a network cable to open Push In terminals (screwless terminal). This means that inexpensive CAT network cables can be used for cabling the 1-Wire network and can be easily adapted to screw terminals. This prevents electrical damage caused by cut and incorrectly connected CAT wires, e.g. for living room sensors. The 1-Wire Adapter 2 has the RJ45 socket with the pin assignment for CAT network cables on the input side and the push-in terminals for earth, 5V, 12V and 1-Wire Data on the output side. It is no longer necessary to remove the existing network connectors.
