LoRaWAN steht für Long Range Wide Area Network und ermöglicht ein energieeffizientes Senden von Daten über lange Strecken (sowie von/zu abgelegenen/schwer zugänglichen Orten). Es wurde speziell für IoT und IIoT-Anwendungen entwickelt.

A new and cost-effective radio technology in the GSM network (4G). With it, data can be sent to a server (cloud) from practically any point on earth. We use MQTT as the transmission protocol. Certainly an important radio solution for IoT / IoT.

MQTT und die dazugehörige Erweiterung MQTT-SN zählen zu den bekanntesten Protokollen für die stetig wachsende Anzahl der LPWA-Netzwerke. Das Protokoll basiert auf einer Publish-and-Subscribe-Basis mit MQTT-Broker und MQTT-Client.

Since the 1980s, Modbus has become a de facto standard in the industry. The Modbus/TCP version is part of the IEC 61158 standard. Our devices transmit Modbus via WLAN or LAN on up to 5 static and 15 dynamic connections.

Like Modbus/TCP, Modbus/RTU is a de facto standard in the industry. The RS485 is used for transmission. In our new devices are a web server and WLAN for configuration. Thus, these devices also have a high level of comfort.

The Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is a network protocol developed by the IETF to manage network elements (e.g. routers, servers, switches, printers, computers, etc.) from a central location and to read out data.
