ESERA-Station is the central control unit of your Smart Home and for Internet of Things (IoT).

The ESERA station is more like another central controller. It is an open platform, is a combination of an embedded computer and professional ESERA ECO controller. It is an open automation control center built on standards.

ESERA station is usable for a variety of software packages, Codesys*****, IP-Symcon, OpenHAB, FHEM, NodeRed and many more, built on a Raspberry Pi 3b.

All scripts, software modules and extensions of IP-Symcon can be used. To manage and configure your smart home or smart system, the IP-Symcon management console is available for temptation.
After installing the runtime environment, the Raspberry Pi can be programmed as a PLC using the CODESYS Development System.
The product is installed into the Linux distribution Raspbian via the CODESYS Development System using the included CODESYS Deploy Tool extension. After each restart of the Raspberry Pi, the runtime system is automatically started.

KNX Ethernet Interface KNX Interface for extending the ESERA Station for integration into KNX systems The KNX interface is used to establish a bidirectional connection KNX network between the ESERA Station or a PC and the KNX installation bus. The connection is established via a LAN network (IP). The IP address can be assigned via a DHCP server or by manual configuration (ETS). The device operates according to the KNXnet/IP specification using core, device management and tunnelling. It can be used as a programming interface for the ETS. All systems can access 1-Wire sensors and actuators via the intelligent interface (1-Wire Controller 1). The 1-Wire Controller 1 enables the integration of all 1-Wire sensors to all controllers such as PLC or PC systems without having special knowledge of the 1-Wire protocol. The 1-Wire Controller 1 represents the self-sufficient management of 1-Wire sensors and 1-Wire actuators (e.g. switch modules) of a 1-Wire network. It automatically detects new 1-Wire sensors / actuators and cyclically delivers the tested and sensor-adapted values. The output is formatted as ASCII characters and sent via the computer interface to your controller. For example, temperature sensors provide you with the temperature in C° plain text. The device has extensive configuration and formatting options, which can be read and operated using ESERA Config-Tool 3 or a terminal program (e.g. Hercules). Up to 30 1-Wire devices can be read out in parasitic and standard mode every 2 seconds (parasitic system dimming is limited to approx. 5-8 temperature sensors). The 1-Wire interface is designed for operation for all sizes of a 1-Wire network.
