How often should you air out? Is it too humid or too dry? These questions will be answered by your sensor in the future. Transmit this data to your ventilation system and you will always have a good climate.
Avoid "black corners" or mould formation! Especially in passive or low-energy houses, renovated blocks of flats and houses with full thermal insulation, mould can easily develop.
